She learned, lived and worked in Germany, the Netherlands, USA and Canada before she started her own practice, which she runs with lot heart and competence.
Besides treating clients in her practice she enjoys teaching Occupational Therapy students as well as offering clinics regarding varioius topics related to Occupational Therapy, Hippotherapy and Adaptive (Therapeutic) Riding. Being part of the International Membership Commitee of the American Hippotherapy Association, Esther is the chair of the German Council.

Lee doesn´t not only play an important role during Occupational Treatments incorporating Hippotherapy, he also creates individualized adptations and helps to consult a variety of patients and other customers.
